I & C Energo has signed a contract for a complex delivery of electro and I&C parts for ensuring habitability in the block and emergency control rooms – ventilation at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The general supplier for the ČEZ Group is in this case KP RIA, a.s. The subject of the work includes construction work, innovation of HVAC systems, installation of emergency filtration units, autonomous cooling units, replacement of fire doors, replacement of windows in the level of 9.6 m and carrying out all necessary changes in the facilities, structures and systems. All is performed in order to ensure habitability in the block and emergency control rooms in case of any abnormal operating condition at the nuclear power plant. The value of the contract is approximately CZK 46 million.

I & C Energo has won a ČEZ Group public tender „Switching DC turbine generator oil pumps in the 2nd and 4th block of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Station”. The subject of the work includes the processing of complete design documentation and the following implementation from 12/2011 – 12/2012. A part of this contract will be the switching of oil pumps and emergency pumps of sealing oil from the 1st and 2nd power supply system to the 4th power supply system. It is very important equipment that enables the transportation of lubricating oil to the turbine generators during their shutdown, malfunctions or during the spinning of revolving equipment when the main oil pump is not operating. Switching the pumps to the 4th power supply system is being performed in order to relieve the 1st and 2nd power supply systems. The contract value is CZK 11.8 million.

On November 10, 2011, I & C Energo’s representatives got together with Slovak business partners for the forth time, this time in City hotel in Bratislava.

The program of the evening was in the spirit of Swedish group ABBA. Young dance group presented excerpts from musical Mamma Mia and also Latin – American dancing to the music of ABBA accompanied by music group ABBA revival.

The event was attended by representatives of many important companies such as PPA, JAVYS, Siemens, SAT, AREVA, ABB, BEZ, BBF and others.
