Change in the Composition of the Board of Directors of I&C Energo a.s.

I&C Energo a.s. announces that, effective as of 1 January 2026, Ing. Jan Krška, MBA, has been appointed a new member of the Board of Directors.

Ing. Jan Krška is a long-standing executive of the company with more than twenty-five years of professional experience at I&C Energo a.s. He joined the company in the autumn of 1998 during the construction of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant, becoming part of the newly established Temelín Division, where he was responsible for the division’s commercial and procurement activities.

In 2005, he was appointed Director of the Temelín Division, which he successfully led until 2010. He subsequently assumed the position of Director of Business Development with company-wide responsibility. Since 2016, he has held the position of Commercial Director of the company.

Ing. Jan Krška is a graduate of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and holds an MBA degree from the Czech Management Institute Prague – Escuela Superior de Marketing y Administración (ESMA) Barcelona.

Through this appointment, the Board of Directors of I&C Energo a.s. strengthens the continuity of the company’s management and its strategic direction, with an emphasis on long-term stability, professional continuity, and the further development of key projects.
