Temelín NPP – Replacement of On-Site Service Transformers of Internal Load after 30 Years of Operation

I&C Energo, in consortium with ETD Transformátory, has signed a contract for a public procurement project titled Replacement of On-Site Service Transformers of Internal Load after 30 Years of Operation.

The project includes preparation of detailed design and manufacturing documentation, dismantling of the existing on-site service transformers of internal load, delivery and installation of new transformers, including testing, and execution of all necessary modifications to affected equipment, structures, and systems. Implementation will take place during the planned outages in 2027 and 2028. The project aims to ensure reliable power supply to the unit switchyards for the rest of the Temelín plant’s operational life.
