Implementation of the contract Replacement of demineralized water pipelines on pipeline bridges at the Temelín NPP

At Temelín NPP, in 2023 and 2024, we replaced the demi-water pipelines of the existing pipeline routes from the chemical water treatment facility to the two unit blocks 1 and 2 in stages.

At the pipeline bridges, the pipelines of the original material PE SDR11, PN10 were replaced with new pipelines of HDPE PE, PN10, including replacement of the vent and drainage route and all valves. There were made connections to the demi-water branches to the laboratories and heating cables were replaced on parts of the routes.

Pressure testing of the new piping routes was successfully carried out this week, including the processing of the relevant technical documentation
