Replacement of protective equipment at the Temelín NPP

Within the obtained public contract, the electrical protective equipment of power output and station power supply will be replaced, while ensuring the same range of protected equipment, through new digital protective equipment at the Temelín NPP. The system of protective equipment of power output and station power supply covers the scope of protection of the generator, exciter, encapsulated conductors, and unit and branch transformers.

The subject of the work is the processing of project and other technical documentation, deliveries, execution of necessary tests and commissioning. Implementation will take place in 2022 and 2023 during main production unit outages.
